There is no small print. The steps & conditions for the "5 Day Guarantee" are:
1.) You pay $500.
2.) We confirm that your intended Domain Name (Website Name) is available and we register it. (We will help if you need help with names)
3.) After discussions and/or reviews of preliminary versions, you give us a "final" draft of the words and pictures (the Content) that you want us to include on your website and you confirm this in writing. (This does not have to be the absolute final version - we will later make changes you want to the Content or to the style. The day and time of this date is the "Start Date".
4) We guarantee that within 5 business days after the "Start Date" your website, along with its email capabilities, will be on line; this is the "End Date".
5) If your website is not on line by the "End Date", we will refund your $500. (See FAQ also)

Not everyone needs or wants a "5 Day Guarantee"; but we offer it for those that do because we know we can do it.
Those people with more fully developed concepts & ideas and who have good quality existing Content may be more interested in that approach. We can offer it because our template driven approach which necessarily includes some design or layout constraints also provides an easier way & faster time to get your website on line.
Otherwise, beginning when payment is received we include 25 hours of our experts' time during the next 12 months for you to spend in the way you think you need it most. If you do most of the work developing your Content and we work primarily on the layout & style that should be more than enough time to get your website on line and for us to make changes or updates during the 12 months. We will give you an accounting of the hours each month. If required, additional hours will be billed monthly at $35 per hour.
Cancellation: The agreement between us may be cancelled for any reason at any time upon 3 days notice and the payment of all outstanding balances.
